FAQs
Dayce, pronounced like 'dice' but with an 'a'.
My main goal is to support local and showcase Canadian fibres. Most batts will consist mostly of Canadian fibres along with what I call ''the fun bits'. However, you may see a batt or two with fibre that was sourced locally but consists of fibre originally from outside Canada.
Where do you ship?
- I ship to Canada and the US.
Do you process everything yourself?
- I sure do. However, occasionally the ingredients for the batts are either pre-carded bumps or mill prepped fibre that I use to add colour or texture.
Do you dye the fibre yourself?
- I do not. I like to leave the mess to the designated dyers. Maybe one day I'll dable, but for now, I source my dyed fibre!
Do you accept returns?
- Returns are not accepted. Unless your package has been damaged or is unsalvageable in any way, all sales are final.
Why is there still VM (vegetable matter) in my batt?
- There is a possibility for there to still be a small amount of vm still present in your batt. Although I will try my best to get everything out, you may still see some. All, if not, most of it should fall out while spinning.
Please be aware the studio is dog friendly.
